Providing a mobile phone number or requesting service does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS/text messages.

Where Mountain Recovery communicates with customers by SMS, consent to receive SMS messages will be obtained separately through the applicable opt-in process.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving Mountain Recovery services.
